Thermal Alarm Systems offer alarm monitoring for Alarms of all types, big, small, residential or commercial. The Control Room we use is based in Brisbane – Australian Owned, with all data entry being entered at their Brisbane Control room – NO outsourcing overseas.

We charge monitoring quarterly, starting from $1.00 + GST per day (for standard PSTN Phone Lines only) we don’t require you to sign a contract for your duration of monitoring; only a service agreement, The minimum amount of time we supply monitoring is for 3 months, you are then required to pay 3 months of monitoring up front before each quarter begins. Monitoring is non-refundable if you wish to cancel your monitoring part-way through a quarter.

You are able to fully personalize your alarm response procedure to suit your needs; keyholders/callouts, voice codes for extra security & Specific alarms to call certain people.

If you require a patrol to attend, charges starting from $55.00inc GST, depending on a number of factors; your location, time/day of callout and time spent onsite. – this can be part of your callout procedure or you may request one at any time through the control room.
